I know of quite a few different playsets for 1:18th scale figures. There were at least the following I'm aware of and some pictures are included:
Command Center by Dimensions for Children, Inc. 1981 A-Team house (?) Captain Power has a whole slew of playsets Military Assault Course by CB (?) Chap Mei made a fire station and bank Bravo Company Headquarters by Eversparkle Madelman 2050 had a headquarters of some sort Just Kidz has made a submarine, aircraft carrier, and military base Buck Rodgers had a launch bay of some sort Dragon Wing ship from Mortal Kombat Headquarters for Power Team Elite by M&C Toys Many small offerings from Remco which I have pictures of Lil Bratz fashion mall works for the most part with 1:18th scale figures Battlevision by Tiger Electronics And finally, there should be included a picture of this base thing that was on eBay YEARS ago that I did some research on, but the manufacturer no longer makes them. |
Dune Echo,
That A-Team house is AWESOME!! The bunker was a Sears (or maybe JC Penny) exclusive in like 1982 or 1983. I never got it but my buddy Scott did. It came with Cobra Commander, a Cobra Officer and a Cobra Soldier. The funny thing is, the soldier and officer didn't come with their traditional guns. The Soldier came with a bazooka from the '82 Zap and I forget what the officer came with. Anyway, when Scott quit collecting, he gave me his collection and I still have the bunker and the figures, but I can't tell the difference between them and the original '82 cobras because I gave them proper guns! What on earth is that cool blue futuristic castle? |
Batman's playsets
![]() This one looks pretty cool. More playsets could be found at: http://batmanytb.com/actionfiguresa...4inch_vehicles/ |
Police Station by Chap Mei, bank playset was only a vault door piece which doubled as a coinbox was made
Chap Mei Egyptian tomb playset Chap Mei Knights Castle playset May not count as a playset but kotobukiya's mechanical chain base sets while meant for Gundams are large enough to be used with joes and you can build them in various ways as the sets are designed to connect with each other |
