I actually have a problem with this.. does this mean we'll see less of Frank now he's promoted? :(
If so I don't think we should congrulate him.. instead everyone at joe dios call up Frank's boss and tell him that Frank is a Joe Pimp online and is known as "Frank the Funkster" :o "yeah .. he passes out joes willy nilly to people and he's pimping out joes" :D

On the other hand.. assuming it means Frank is a gunnery sergeant and his presence around here is the same.. then thats good.. very good indeed.
