Joe Room OR No Room For A Joe Room?

So, who's got one, and who's still living out of totes?

I always thought that getting a house (after us renting on and off for 10 of the last 14 years) would mean a Joe Room for me (and ideally a whole TOY ROOM for my other toys and my wife's childhood toys), but even though we finally got our first house 16 months ago, after the master bedroom, nursery, and gym-office-storage overflow-catch-all ate up the 3 bedrooms, and considering that the basement only has 5' ceilings, crushed stone floor, and damp stone foundation walls not suitible for valuables to be stored there, and no garage either, our toys are still 90% in totes & boxes at the 'rents house with the exception of one tote of my Joe figures.

So, I'm in the NO JOE ROOM category still.

I have a half-Joe/toy room in a house, the other side is my PS3. :D

I use a large area in my basement. It is a ton of space. An unfinished basement was one of the criteria I had when we bought.

My attic

I have been using my attic for my collectibles. I started by building a 4x8 HO train layout which came out terrific. Terrain and huge mountain tunnels. I always wanted to do it. Here it is:

However, Joes have always been my favorite so this hobby started up there too. Now with the baby, I am running out of storage and photo room. :o

Great train set up. I made a 027 gauge set up when I was a kid.

No Joe Room - yet. :o Still living out of Totes in a studio apt. :)

Great layout! I was recently looking into this, because it looks like the G Scale is mighty close to "Joe Scale".

I've got a Lego room. With a Lego train and town layout on the floor. And a few shelves reserved for Playmobil and GIJoe. Woot !

No Joe room, just a section of my garage. This is about it .
