The base is an Ironman mobile command center.

I was really happy with how this one turned out...I have to give credit, to a member over at HISS Tank.com Dake who actually did a version of this as a Iron Grenadier command vehicle...his was differant, but I would be remise in not giving him a nod as his custom sent me in this direction.

The container of 'drugs' is actually a cut down and painted empty pill container from prescription pills.
