What it do joediatinz. I need some help. I'm working on a figure and I can't find some parts I need in the joe line so I am turning to you and your vast knowledge. I am trying to finish up a custom who is African-American.(That means black for all you cats in Chile. ;) ) And sadly, in the modern era style of figs, I can't find any black parts besides heads and hands. What I need is some black arms, specifically forearms, doesn't even need to go to the elbow. Yea I know there is a 25th roadblock, and the roc heavy duty, but I need an arm built for a smaller frame. I don't like the MU luke cage or the a-team figure either.
Is there any star wars figs like Mace with an exposed forearm. I'd try anything at this point. Thanks for all you help.

hmm... lets see... resolute Roadblock, Night adder, and Repeater (from the TRU 5-pack) are the only ones i can come up with... I think it's probably faster to just paint some bare forearms, than to start figure/part hunting...

I went through my latest Brian's toys catalog. The only star wars fig with exposed forearms I saw was Aurra Sing and she has a bracelet on her wrist She's also a cool fig so I don't know if you want to cannibalize her for parts. As for names: Big Sexy, Pool Boy Pete. Massage Man Mike, Man in a box, Dumpster Dave, Crackhead Clarissa, Pregnant Paula,Food Stamp Freddy, Wide Ass Wanda, Schizo Sarah, Oiled up Olivia,Drunkman Dave, Brock Lawson, Dakota Smith, Teutonic Temptress, W.A.R -acronym for William A. Rusho, Red and Captain Doug are all that i can think of big C. Hope it helps.

Plenty of hands available for African-Americans for Star Wars from Bespin Guards, Mace "Overhyped more than Fett and Maul" Windu and Lando "Colt-45 Drinkin' 'I'm an Artist' Billy Dee'" Calrisian. Not much in the realm of forearms.
My paint mix for African americans is Burnt umber, flesh tone (yeah, there's some white in there), and a bit of brown or black if you are going for a more "american" look or a more "African continent" look.

Thats what I use mixing it with black, tan or white to give me various shades of flesh.
