Was just over at TNI and saw this thread for the "New" Jurassic Park figures.
Well this guy looks like a Dutch to me!!!

I always felt this was the Dutch Duke that's to come out. A lot of people missed this figure at Toy Fair and the Joe Con. Eyes seemed to be more focused on the vehicles, Shadow Tracker and the Jungle Viper. Anyway, there you go.
