For those of you who offered advise when I was looking for a place to host my site here is a link to my homepage. To view the diostories you will need some type of PDF viewer for now. Enjoy and I look forward to any feedback.

The pdf format works very well for the dio stories. The posing of your characters was well done. I did enjoy the stories as well as the set ups especially the coba control rooms. I may have to copy that set up.


I did notice you seem to have some trouble building the props and I seen some sizing issues with the desk and file cabinets. Is there anything I can do you help ya out?

That seems to be an issue with scaling inside Vista. It will end up getting resolved in time. For now though I am willing to work with it as I think it gives a distinct appearance. Thanks for asking about it though.

Have you heard about Comic Book Creator? It would help you a lot on your diostories. You got a plot and worked fine in your characters. Did some nice job with scenarios. I'd a problem, wasn't able to open Part 3. But ok!

Did it say why you could not open part 3?
If I know whats wrong I can try to fix it.

Hey there,
I use the very same website for hosting my own dioramas and stories :) the site was formerly under the name synthasite which was suggested to me by JD member lehsreh when he went through a Joe diostory creation spree!

Might I make a suggestion though, what do you use to make the files into saving for PDF? Yolasite has its own built in file manager, and you can directly upload the files if they are Jpeg.
If you save each seperate page of your comic book as a Jpeg you can string them along as a full blown comic book, adding parts as you go. The way you have done it is perfectly fine, its just from last time i hosted my own stories using PDF i found users had problems (cpu browser crashes), I dunno maybe you prefer hosting this way and for me its only a suggestion. Perfectly fine if you wanna stick with it :D

I like the look of your site, its gotten off to a great start. website building with yola is very easy and the layout is great to use for publishing your stories with your friends. My site is here:

you should defenitly put this in the dios section. I liked your story the ideas where good but sometimes the action skipped ahead a bit much from frame to frame. Also chapter seven did not work for me. Good idea to use the Rex figure as Dr Venom.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to try and upload the latest part later tonight or tomorrow, I have no idea why it is not showing up.

Trench-Viper: I am actually using the RoC Cobra Commander for Venom. Rex is going to be used as another classic Cobra Character :D .

On a slightly more unpleasant note, in a couple months I am going to have to put my site on hold. I should be getting transferred from Fort Hood to a new base, but I don't have a lot of details yet.

For some reason when I try and upload anything from my room computer I either get an unspecified network error or the upload screen shows no progress. I tried calling my ISP on Monday and they were unable to remote diagnose the problem. They did tell me to try calling again if it is not working next week.

Got my uploads working again :D ! Because of the file types I use it will not upload to the dio's section :o . What I will try and do for future sections is make a preview snippet to upload to the dio's section with a link to my site as well.
