Ok,
almost two weeks out and four thousand (could have been used for Joes) dollers later. It looks like my automobile nightmare is coming to an end. It looks like I ended up with a deal that will allow me to recover those funds over time as long as I restrict my toy spending drastically :(

On the happy note I decided (sense my toy buying is going to all but cease for the forseable future) I would treat myself to one more big purchase. So I got my pre order in for the 1/18th scale F-14 Tomcat from JS International! :D Ace will be one happy pilot, trading in his F-16 for the real world Skystriker.

Another sad note is the old dio story will be suffering from a slow down due to lack of funding, so I decided to do some Prince Adam style mini storys on the photo boards to help set some background for my joe verse!

All and all it looks like I'll be back in full by next weekend. I have been checking the photos daily and love the work you guys been pumping out. Unfortunately I haven't had time to comment like I usually do. :(

Welcome back. Hope the funding for the Joe collection recovers soon. What are your plans for the F-14? Classic Skystriker colors, or something unique? Take a pic of the box when it arrives! :-)

Anything that restricts toy buying is a real bummer, but I'm glad you are getting everything sorted out. Looking forward to seeing some SS pics soon!

Thanks guys, I am looking forward to doing something I want to do rather than something I have too!
the best pic I have found of it was this

as far as customizing it, it cost me 230 bones so I don't think I will mess with it!
It's schedualed to release Late this year, no exact date yet but motor pool is estimating about October!

Hi Steve.

So you didn't turn in your clunker for a rebate? :P
