Been looking seriously at buying it via Target for the past week. Might hold off b/c there's other things to buy in the same price range.. but I've been wondering about this in black. I really don't know much about this vehicle, but it needs to be in green or black.

Which, the blue one or the black one?

The black one is four years old by now. It was sold on HTS and in specialty stores at that time... but by now it's understandably out of stock. You best bet is ebay but finding one at a bargain there will be a task.
The blue one is a Target exclusive, although as you've seen, Smalljoes has some too although at a considerable price hike.

Although the ROC version doesn't color match with my current one, I'm seriously concidering getting one. The "balck" RHINO has been one of my favorite Joe vehicles since the AWE Striker first came out back in the 80's.

I don't really like the blue/grey one much. The black version is better in my opinion. So there is no real need to get this blue version (for me anyways). Plus I got the DTC one when Hasbro Toy Shop was blowing them out for like 10 bucks or what ever it was. I got that the ROCC and 2 HISS's for what I would pay for just this 1 RHINO. :o

after seeing graham use this vehicl, i had to have it. mainly for trakker. i got mine complete with box for 30$ exactly on ebay. free shipping. only thing is, ill be wanting the driver, dangit hasbro.

Same here Marcos. I'll stick with the black version. Don't want the figure that comes with the new one, and wouldn't have room for another Rhino anyway!

the color is pretty irrelevant anyway. I have paint and know how to use it.
