So I got more prove that I have the best fiancee in the world. :D I asked Rachel to go to the store tonight to pick up some stuff so we could grill out tonight and when she got back for me she had a little belated birthday present (it was friday). She saw a vehicle she thought I might like to use and customize and grabbed it for. (She's great :) ) and at nine bux I think I can turn this thing into an excellent assault vehicle. What to ya'll think? Have you seen this or seen it used? Do you think it could work?

First - Happy belated Birthday!
Second - Rachel, you rock. Got off cheap this year ($9) :D
I had the Tumber from Batman Returns, it was a little big for Joes, this one looks smaller. Plus it had stupid electronics and pop out missile launchers, it looks like this one lacks that. This one looks super, can't wait to see what you do with it!

My girl bought this for me last week and its a great deal. It works so well as a stealth recon vehicle for my Joes and could work as an IG ride too. Very very cool.

Hey thanks dave! She got me some other stuff too ( and on time!) couple ps3 games and picked up the tab on some ebay scores, so this was just some nice icing on the cake. But like M. Stranger said, this thing is really cool and has a lot of potential. Can't wait to do this thing up!

I have the first Tumbler from Batman Returns. I love it! It makes a Great personal combat Vehicle for Destro!

I kept looking at the original 1:18 scale Tumbler from Batman Begins but could never justify the expense (damned unemployment).

I always thought it would make an ideal transport for Destro, though -- a more realistic alternative than his flying-manta ray Despoiler!

As the others said...

Happy birthday.

and yes, this vehicle looks very cool for a Destro's personal transport.

The 1:18 would sure rock, but the one Rachel got for him is a great assault vehicle for destro like you guys stated.

Congratulations and Happy B-day!

I missed my chance to get them on clearance. The Tumbler seems great as a Cobra Vehicle. S6 Firefly's vehicle wasn't that much different in terms of weirdass design!

Nice vehicle, I will have to look out for one now. Happy Birthday!

I picked up one myself. It's really sweet. I'm using it to supplement my convention SWAT set.

I do want to note that the Batman Lair playset is pretty pitiful in comparison.

The Black Tumbler would be a great stealth ground vehicle. The Desert Tumbler is a desert (DUH) vehicle. They both are, in my opinion, combat vehicles for high speed recon and special assault uses.

Agreed

I pick up the desert one a week and 1/2 ago I'm pleased with it
