Theme Week 05
05/11/06 – 05/20/06
Comic Covers
Due to popular demand, this week’s theme is an extension of last week’s. Last week it was re-enacting or redoing scenes from the comic. Didn’t matter if it was GI Joe Extreme, Reloaded, the Marvel run, the Devils Due main storyline, etc. The same applies to this week’s theme; COMIC COVERS!!!
Do the best you can. I doubt people have the exact figures used in the covers they want to do. It is ok to use other versions including stuff from the new sculpt era.
It would be suggested that in your PICTURE DESCRIPTION, you tell us what issue cover you are doing! It might even be neat to learn WHY you chose that particular comic panel to shoot! I’m sure we’ll do the best we can, but I’m willing to bet not all of us will recognize the scenes re-enacted.
For the TITLE: do whatever
For KEY WORDS: Theme05 should at LEAST be in it.
As usual, please aim to post your pics 5/19 and 5/20; Saturday and Sunday by the US calendar. Post the pictures according to your own calendar, please! Post as many as you want!

Here are a couple of websites that you can link to. The second link actually shows the covers. The 1st link, you have to go 1 by 1 to see the cover. It’s just in case you need a refresher or want to try something really abstract. (like close your eyes, pick an issue and try and shoot the cover.)
