Update to my big dio project...

I really wanted to have my first full length dio to be done by now, but I'm rewriting the end to fit in with the upcoming snow, so don't expect anything done until at least December or so...

But until then, just to show that havn't been slacking, here are a couple interior samples (not really stills from the dio, just rough ideas) to show some of the scenes I've been working on.

And I still have 3 huge sets to build!

Yeah, thats the screen grab I modelled it after. Not exact but hell I'm on a shoestring budget.

If I could, I'd hire a pyrotechnic to do some massive timed battle explosions. Sigh* Someday maybe...

Nice. Lighting and texture on the enviornment is sweet. How long is this story? Is it a massive one?

It'll be fast paced but expansive, spanning a long period and alot of locations in a short period of time. Originally, I was planning on a four chapter set-up like alot of Diographers do, but I opted for an all emcompased (sp?) one-shot, which somehow I'd like to print out on professional grade paper for my portfolio.

It's done! Finished! Stamped! Packed! Whatever, after a whole year and over 1200 shots to pick from I just finished my dio. I've got a couple friends proof reading it and I'll be pimping it like mad this upcoming weekend. Hope everyone likes it. :D ...just a few more days...

All the sets from this first dio were disassembled to make other sets, sorry. I only have a few props left from this chapter, but none of the sets.

Graham, I'm still working on the middle part of my dio... should be done soon though...

Most of the computers and furnitureI have sold, but I will have alot of Playmobile sets, and vintage playset items for sale after I finish using them in my last photo shoots.

The flood damages everything I was going to use in my finale, BUT I never really liked the ending to the sequel, which forced me to rewrite and I shot the ending last week and I hafta say they're the best dio shots I've ever taken... I am so happy with them and can't wait to have this thing finally finished! Soon!!!

Luke... I'm still working on my 3rd chapter. I don't know which is worse. Getting your stuff ruined and destroyed or not having the money to even start doing the sets. I'm in the latter category. It sucks too when 'you' are already looking ahead at the next big dio and the sequel. lol.
