it's definitely a possibility after stumbling upon this smaller sized aircraft carrier made by Chap Mei. check out the link. it's totally realistic that in the near future, Chap Mei will make a 1:18 scale aircraft carrier with the following features:
-pivoting gun stations
-control tower
-stickers for runway details, etc
-working elevator platform
-electronic lights and sounds
-missile launchers
-free-rolling wheels underneath
-working crane
-quick escape raft

If you think about it, it's 100% possible because:
1) Chap Mei has made several BIG ASS vehicles such as the AB-115 Shark; the Hovercraft; Submarine; Rocket Hauler; Bridge Layer Tank; and not to mention the Animal Planet sets
2) most of the above mentioned Aircraft Carrier parts like the working crane and raft have appeared in many Chap Mei and True Heroes Sentinel 1 toys so Chap Mei can easily reuse these parts
Only time will tell but one thing is for sure, it's definitely a possibility. :D
P.S. Chap Mei released the AB-115 Shark first. then a small scale version of the AB-115 Shark was released. so this could be the case with the Aircraft Carrier but in the reverse order.
