How to Email the Website Administrator

I'm new to this site and I have a few questions for the system administrator. How do I email him direct?

My private email function is disabled for some reason
I don't know how to delete my posts
The private page says I have 8 posts but then it will not link me to them

Help, please.

Click on "Image Tools" located above the top right corner or your photos.
