General Hawk has just received a notice that a group of greenshirts have been captured by a squad of Alley Vipers while on a routine scouting mission. The main force is currently on a mission and there are only two Joes left who can team up and rescue the Greenshirts before it's too late. General hawk realizes there two Joes are on odd combination and have never worked together before, but hopes that they are up to the task.
