Hey peeps,
I was watching the original Predator the other day and got the urge to do some customs of the Dutch's team. The first 3 that I am going to try are Billy, Blaine, and Dutch. I wanted to get some ideas about what pieces you guys think would work. I will be doing this with o-ring figures. Some of the ideas that I had were.

Blaine:
Head: 92 Gung Ho with Gnawgahyde hat
Torso: 06 Hannibal
Arms: Big Boa
Legs:
Gear: Marauders Mini Gun

Billy:
Head: Either 84 Spirit or 92/93 Spirit
Torso:
Arms: 87 Big Boa
Legs: 88 Muskrat
Gear: PP Copperhead Black Rifle, 88 Hit N Run knife

Dutch:
Head: 90 Altitude
Torso:
Arms: 86 or 88 SGT Slaughter
Legs: 91 Heavy Duty
Gear: PP Copperhead Black Rifle

This is as far as I got so far and thought I'd poll the crowd here to see if you could help me. Like I said, I'm only doing this using O-ring figures, but any 25th gear such as web gear would be a welcome suggestion.

Thanks again.

Blaine's formula sounds cool. Please post preview pics. :)

+1 on the Slayer's models; they're awesome! Also, Billy's gun was an M-16 with shotgun underneath. Marauder Inc. (http://www.marauderinc.com/servlet/Detail?no=69) has an M-4 that you could swap the stock on or cut off the shotgun and add to a basic M-16 (the route I'll probably take).

I'm a bit stuck on the legs, myself. They're all wearing basic BDUs, though knives and canteens and such would allow you to use different thighs. I keep waiting for an "a-ha!" moment, but it hasn't come yet.

Find the 15th Century BBI figures. They come with Tons of canteens and knives so you can cut and glue together

The parts Rambo listed re solid for this kin of project.

I'd use '88 Muskrat legs for Billy cause Billy had that bigass knife and Musky has an open sheath on one thigh.
