Does anyone have a hint or tip on what types of plants to use in a Jungle Diorama?

I am looking for something CLOSE to joe scaled. Or if not where to possibly check out for strings of fake leaves.

go check out some aquarium decorations at your local pet shop.. you can also use branches from real trees as trees in your dios.. that what i use. best bet for the fake plants is a pet store though

The real sticks might work. Here's my layout

Half of a Wooden Bridge on the left, leading into the over crowded jungle with moss covered remnants of a statue.

It's all coming together!

Hobby shops that specialize in model railroading carry a substance that is supposed to simulate grass, glue it to a tree and you have growing moss.

Got to Michaels or Hobby Lobby, they have tons of viney, ferny types of plastic plants. Pet stores such as PetSmart or PetCo have cool things for aquariums that look like huge tree trunks. that's what I used for the following pics;

If you can't afford Michaels or Hobby Lobby, try looking at your local Thrift stores, goodwill, Salvation army and such! They sometimes have tons of crap like that!

If you want a real plant, go to the lawn and garden section at a big box store. Just look around and you will find many plants that work. Behold:
