Blue or Red

I've watched the G.I.joe movie and the show many times. But I can't get one thing straight.
Do the Joes shoot RED or BLUE
Or what do you think they should shoot.
For me ,Joes and Cobra shoot 5.56mm and 7.62mm

Joes shoot red and Cobras shoot blue.

And for the record, Autobots shoot gold and Decepticons shoot purple.

Self is right, but I think Joes should shoot blue. I don't know why, but blue is for the good guys.
