Made myself a new avatar

What I'd like to know is how you got this site to upload that Avatar when I can't get it to upload mine.

Have you tried recently? I think I fixed that.

It keeps telling me that the image is to big, but the problem is that Photoshop, no matter how much I shrink this image, it never gets below 24k and apparently the websites limit is 19k

Violentfix - for future reference, to shrink a file down that small, from Photoshop, do File -->Jump To ImageReady. Use ImageReady to decrease the number of colors until you get it down to the size you want and Save Optimized.
