Cobra docking bay??

Anybody remember a docking bay set with a Moray parked in real water? The artist had it posted everywhere. The site also had a "how to" section.

I've spent the last half hour surfing for it but no luck. Help please. Thanks.

I think it was Trooper Custom's or Wow Boys Custom's. I think it was Troopers Custom's and that is a great set up that he had. Hope that helps you out.
