Re: Skirmish
Pretty decent. Good picture taking and nice cast of characters. The only thing I would suggest is that I'd make your text smaller. I usually use a 9 or 10 text size cuz I don't want to fill up ALL the picture unless needed. I gotta admit, VERY clever in how you told the dio. Host it yourself and post it as replies. That works pretty darn well!

Re: Skirmish
I wasn't sure when I started doing the script/lettering how I was going to present this, so I wanted to make sure the text would be legible if I used pics as individual panels on a single comic-style page. I'm also pretty happy with the presentation method I did go with, (apologies to Outrider & anyone else on dial-up, though...) so if I do continue this or do more stories in the same way, I'll have way less-obtrusive balloons.

Re: Skirmish
I really liked it. You just know someone's in big trouble whenever you read those words-- "Where'd Snake-Eyes go?"
I also love the posing, particularly the Viper's reaction when he notices the Joes and points at them. Very dynamic.

Re: Skirmish
It's a nice job here. You created a nice dio using a perfect location, nice poses and a good group of Joes/COBRAs. I liked specially the first shot of Crossfire aiming his .50 cal.
Keep this level and I'll always enjoy your work.

Re: Skirmish
Very good work. I love the story movement. I especially like the scene where the neo-vipers are huddled against the rocks and the commander is radioing out. The clarity and posturing of the figures is so well done.

Re: Skirmish
A solid attempt Stormer. I really appreciate the story you've told and the presentation I think was really good. Considering your only using MS Paint I think you've done what any good soldier does.. make the best of what he's got available to him
I particularly liked the scenes where Stormer was talking to Dial Tone on a secure channel, the posing and dialogue was great.. especially when Dial Tone starts his dialogue "Guys quiet" insinuating to the reader that Stormers contact to him was interupting general banter.
I also liked the fact the cast of characters was spread out and well selected.. and how the Siegie got taken out the posing here was really good.
Good Job Stormer Man.

Re: Skirmish
Man, Torpedo sure is a clutz
Good story and nice selection of characters. Good posing, and focusing.
I did my first dio story with Paint, and I still use it for effects, so I have no problem seeing it in other dios. Good set up, look forward to seeing more.
