The Sand Vipers don't have an appeal to me. I don't like much figures in desert camos or such things. 'Cuz I don't have any beach or sand box close to me. But they have a great concept.
And the picture make them look real as SG_Sp said.

Nice shot!
But personally, I prefer the Sand Scorpions.

I thought you didn't like these guys, Craig. I love 'em but not so much that I wasn't opposed to selling a bulk of 'em. I like the Un-Joe style to them. I didn't go for the helmet or vest simply cuz they look so gnarly and hi-tech, all that extra gear is built into them. Duders have glowing red eyes and I'm NOT supposed to assume they dont' have special optics there???

These guys are cool with me, G! Let's face it, the only old sculpt Cobra desert troops were the Desert Scorpions, and they were pretty lame. I like the helmets on the Sand Vipers, but I agree about the vests, that's why I didn't put 'em on for this pic.

I think these are the best versions of the Sand Vipers out there, followed by version one. Getting these cheap is fairly easy, especially when you can also get the Desert CLAWS packaged together cheap as well.
